The DFO should be informed of such an agreement at least 5 working days prior to the meeting so that it can be confirmed, and a determination can be made regarding the applicability of the agreement to the material that will be discussed during the meeting. The minimum information provided should include information regarding the date of the agreement, the scope of material included in the agreement, the project or projects involved, and the names and titles of the persons signing the agreement. Additional information may be requested to identify the specific agreement involved. A copy of the executed agreement should be provided to the DFO prior to the beginning of the meeting for admittance to the closed session.     The ACRS Subcommittee on Power Uprates will hold a meeting on 
October 9-10, 2007, at 11545 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland, Room 
T-2B3.
    The entire meeting will be open to public attendance, with the 
exception of portions that may be closed to discuss proprietary 
information pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)4 for presentations covering 
information that is proprietary to PPL Susquehanna LLC or its 
contractors such as General Electric, AREVA and Continuum Dynamics, 
Inc.
    The agenda for the subject meeting shall be as follows:
    Tuesday, October 9, 2007--8:30 a.m. until the conclusion of 
business.
    Wednesday, October 10, 2007--8:30 a.m. until the conclusion of 
business.
    The Subcommittee will discuss the Susquehanna Steam Electric 
Station Units 1 and 2 extended power uprate application. The 
Subcommittee will hear presentations by and hold discussions with
