If a testator devises trust or restricted interests in the same parcel of land to more than one person, in the absence of clear and express language in the devise stating that the interest is to pass to the devisees as tenants in common, the devise shall be presumed to create a joint tenancy with the right of survivorship in the interests involved. The lands surveyed are: The plat and field notes representing the dependent resurvey of portions of the boundary between the States of Kansas and Nebraska, the east boundary, the subdivisional lines, the subdivision of section 36 and the 1927 adjusted record meanders of the right bank of the Missouri River, and the survey of a portion of the subdivision of section 36 and the metes-and-bounds survey of a portion of the as-built westerly right-of-way of Nebraska State Highway No. 7 in section 36, Township 1 North, Range 18 East, and the dependent resurvey of a portion of the boundary between the States of Kansas and Nebraska and the 1927 adjusted record meander of the right bank of the Missouri River in section 31, and the metes-and-bounds survey of a portion of the as-built westerly right-of-way of Nebraska State Highway No. 7 in section 31, Township 1 North, Range 19 East, Sixth Principal Meridian, Nebraska, was accepted August 27, 2007. The purpose of this joint meeting is to discuss NPS subsistence management issues and continue work on subsistence hunting program recommendations. SUMMARY: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is scheduled to file the 
plats of survey of the lands described below thirty (30) calendar days 
from the date of this publication in the BLM Wyoming State Office, 
Cheyenne, Wyoming.
