Survey results are used to gauge satisfaction levels of PA customers, and make improvements to disaster services that focus on customer satisfaction and program effectiveness. SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the State of Minnesota (FEMA-1717-DR), dated August 23, 2007, and 
related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: September 4, 2007.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration
