On October 31, 2007, the meeting will begin at 8 a.m. and conclude at 3:45 p.m. and on November 1, 2007, the meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at 4 p.m. The meeting is open to the public. Time will not be allocated for receiving oral presentations from the public.
