On October 31, 2007, the meeting will begin at 8 a.m. and conclude at 3:45 p.m. and on November 1, 2007, the meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at 4 p.m. The meeting is open to the public. They may also submit, at the time of the meeting, a 1–2 page summary of their comments for inclusion in the official meeting record.
