National Space-Based Positioning, Navigation, and Timing Advisory 
Board.

DATES: Thursday, October 4, 2007, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday, October 
5, 2007, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
