contemplating the grant of an exclusive
license worldwide to practice the
invention embodied in United States
Patent Number 6,635,614 titled ‘‘Use of
Lecithin-Cholesterol Acyltransferase
(LCAT) to Reduce Accumulation of
Cholesterol,’’ referenced at DHHS as E–
007–1996/0–US–03, and corresponding
foreign patent application(s) and issued
patent(s), to AlphaCore Pharma, Inc.
