August 29, 2007.
Take notice that on August 24, 2007,
Energy West Development, Inc. (Energy
West) tendered for filing as part of its
FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1,
Second Revised Sheet No. 29, become
effective September 1, 2005.
Energy West states that the filing is
being made in compliance filing with
the Letter Order issued in this docket on
August 10, 2007.
Any person desiring to protest this
filing must file in accordance with Rule
211 of the Commission’s Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR
385.211). Protests to this filing will be
considered by the Commission in
determining the appropriate action to be
taken, but will not serve to make
protestants parties to the proceeding.
Such protests must be filed in
accordance with the provisions of
Section 154.210 of the Commission’s
regulations (18 CFR 154.210). Anyone

Northern states that it is filing the
above referenced tariff sheet to provide
PDD shippers with increased flexibility
regarding their deferred delivery points.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
