RETENTION AND DISPOSAL:

contracts under $25,000—retain for 3
years after final payment/closure; (b)
Sales contracts for $25,000 or more—
retain for 6 years after final payment/
closure; (c) Hazardous sales contracts of
any monetary value—retain for 50 years
after final payment/closure.
