restrictions for the project. In summary,
the licensee proposes to modify Article
404(a) by changing the reference to
1,220 cfs to 1,600 cfs, and modify
Article 404(b) by changing the reference
to 600 cfs to 800 cfs. The licensee
proposes to modify article 406 by
changing the reference to 600 cfs to 800
cfs. No changes to the license are
necessary for the Dam No. 5 Project.

current application requests approval
for the existing docking structures as
