    Take notice that on August 22, 2007, Dominion Cove Point LNG, LP 
(Cove Point) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, 
Original Volume No. 1, Ninth Revised Sheet No. 10, to become effective 
October 1, 2007.
    Cove Point states that the purpose of this filing is to update Cove
