(5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond: 58,000 responses at 30 minutes (.50) per response. (6) An estimate of the total public burden (in hours) associated with the collection: 29,000 annual burden hours. Department of the Interior's North Slope Science Initiative (NSSI) 
Science Technical Advisory Panel (STAP) will meet as indicated below.
