those no longer drawing a salary from
the United States. If an individual dies
prior to liquidating an indebtedness, it
may be possible to collect all or part of
the indebtedness from the estate.

4314(c)(1) through (5) requires each

performance, the executive’s response,
and the higher level official’s comments
on the initial summary rating. In
addition, the PRB will review and
recommend executive performance
bonuses and pay increases.
