SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice
of a major disaster declaration for the
State of Kansas (FEMA–1711–DR), dated
July 2, 2007, and related determinations.
EFFECTIVE DATE: August 17, 2007.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice
of a major disaster declaration for the
State of Kansas is hereby amended to
include the following areas among those
areas determined to have been adversely
affected by the catastrophe declared a
major disaster by the President in his
declaration of July 2, 2007.
Edwards and Pawnee Counties for Public
Assistance (already designated for Individual
Assistance.)
(The following Catalog of Federal Domestic
Assistance Numbers (CFDA) are to be used
for reporting and drawing funds: 97.030,
Community Disaster Loans; 97.031, Cora
Brown Fund Program; 97.032, Crisis

SUMMARY: This notice announces that
the Transportation Security
Administration (TSA) has forwarded the
Information Collection Request (ICR)
abstracted below to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review and approval of an extension of

the currently approved collection under
the Paperwork Reduction Act. The ICR
describes the nature of information
collection and its expected burden. TSA
published a Federal Register notice,
with a 60-day comment period soliciting
comments, of the following collection of
information on June 20, 2007, 71 FR
70524. The collection involves the
completion of a mental health
certification by applicants for Office of
Law Enforcement/Federal Air Marshal
positions.

September 24, 2007. A comment to
OMB is most effective if OMB receives
it within 30 days of publication.
