Northern states that it is filing the
above referenced tariff sheets to add a
2008 FDD market-based rate expansion
pro-forma service agreement to its tariff.
Northern further states that copies of
the filing have been mailed to each of
its customers and interested State
Commissions.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceeding. Any person wishing to
become a party must file a notice of
intervention or motion to intervene, as
appropriate. Such notices, motions, or
protests must be filed in accordance
with the provisions of section 154.210
of the Commission’s regulations (18 CFR
154.210). Anyone filing an intervention

PetroLogistics Natural Gas Storage, LLC
(PetroLogistics), 900 Fannin, Suite 2630,
Houston, Texas 77010, pursuant to
section 7(c) of the Natural Gas Act
(NGA) and Parts 157 and 284 of the
Commission’s regulations, filed an
abbreviated application for certificates
of public convenience and necessity,
seeking authority to own, operate,
construct, install, and maintain a high
deliverability natural gas salt dome
storage cavern and header pipeline at
the Bayou Choctaw storage facility in
Iberville Parish, Louisiana; to provide
open-access firm and interruptible
storage and hub services in interstate
commerce at market-based rates under
18 CFR Part 284, Subpart G; and to
undertake the limited construction and
operation activities permitted under 18
CFR Part 157, Subpart F. This filing is
available for review at the Commission
in the Public Reference Room or may be
