HIOS states that the purpose of the
filing is to amend Article V—
Settlements, as included in the NGL
Bank Agreement of its tariff. The
amendments were all recommended and
approved by the HIOS NGL Bank
Advisory Group and include a revised
index used for the annual escalator
applied to the monthly fees charged by
the administrator and revised BTU’s of
fuel per gallon used to determine the
fuel costs calculated in the banking
process.
