The pipelines states that their tariff sheets reflect a increase of $.0003 per Dth from $.0016 per Dth in the ACA VerDate Aug<31>2005 16:26 Aug 21, 2007 Jkt 211001 adjustment surcharge, resulting in a new ACA rate of $.0019 Dth as specified by the Commission in its invoice dated June 28, 2007 for the Annual Charge Billing—Fiscal Year 2007.
