SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the State of Texas (FEMA-1709-DR), dated June 29, 2007, and related 
determinations.

DATES: Effective Date: July 31, 2007.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the State of Texas is hereby amended to include the following areas
