(Southwest Gas Storage) tendered for
filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First
Revised Volume No. 1, Twentieth
Revised Sheet No. 5, to become effective
September 1, 2007.
Southwest Gas Storage states that the
primary reason for the filing of the
revised tariff sheet is a general rate
increase to adjust Southwest Gas
Storage’s rates for storage services.
Projected storage revenues, excluding
surcharges, are $50.6 million based on
the 12-month period ending April 30,
2007, as adjusted, resulting in a $4.7
million increase when compared with
actual revenues.

protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and

the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceeding. Any person wishing to
become a party must file a notice of
intervention or motion to intervene, as
appropriate. Such notices, motions, or
protests must be filed in accordance
with the provisions of Section 154.210
