refunds received from Dominion Transmission, Inc.
    Transco states that on July 31, 2007, it refunded to its LSS, FT-NT 
and GSS customers $23,316.14 resulting from the refund of Dominion 
Transmission, Inc., Docket No. RP07-523-000.
