Paul Getty Museum, from on or about October 2, PO 00000 Frm 00095 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 SUMMARY: The FAA hereby provides notice of intent to release certain airport properties, 5.958 acres at the Orlando Executive Airport, Orlando, FL from the conditions, reservations, and restrictions as contained in a Quitclaim Deed agreement between the FAA and the City of Orlando, dated August 9, 1961. The release of property will allow the City of Orlando to dispose of the property for other than aeronautical purposes. The property is located in a portion of the Southwest 1⁄4 of Section 28, Township 22 South, Range 30 East, Orange County, Florida. The parcel is currently designated as nonaeronautical use. The property will be disposed of for the purpose of constructing the Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority Operations Center. The fair market value of the property has been determined by appraisal to be $1,557,200. SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: 
Pursuant to the authority vested in me by the Act of October 19, 1965 
(79 Stat. 985; 22 U.S.C. 2459), Executive Order 12047 of March 27, 
1978, the Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act of 1998 (112 
Stat. 2681, et seq.; 22 U.S.C. 6501 note, et seq.), Delegation of 
Authority No. 234 of October 1, 1999, Delegation of Authority No. 236 
of October 19, 1999, as amended, and Delegation of Authority No. 257 of 
April 15, 2003 [68 FR 19875], I hereby determine that the objects to be 
included in the exhibition ``Taddeo and Federico Zuccaro,'' imported 
from abroad for temporary exhibition within the United States, are of 
cultural significance. The objects are imported pursuant to loan 
agreements with the foreign owners or custodians. I also determine that 
the exhibition or display of the exhibit objects at the J. Paul Getty 
Museum, from on or about October 2, 2007, until on or about January 6, 
2008, and at possible additional venues yet to be determined, is in the 
national interest. Public Notice of these Determinations is ordered to 
be published in the Federal Register.
