The Show Cause Order proposed the revocation of Respondent’s DEA Certificate of Registration, 003001ATY, as a distributor of List I chemicals, on the ground that its ‘‘continued registration is inconsistent with the public interest.’’ Show Cause Order at 1. The Show Cause Order also proposed the denial of any pending applications for renewal or modification of Respondent’s registration. Id. The Show Cause Order specifically alleged that Respondent distributed List I chemicals to gas stations and convenience stores, which DEA has found are non-traditional retailers of E:\FR\FM\01AUN1.SGM 01AUN1
