(EGL), 10101 Reunion Place, Suite 1000, San Antonio, TX 78216, filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) an application pursuant to Section 3 of the Natural Gas Act (NGA) and Part 153 of the Commission’s regulations, for an order authorizing the siting, construction, and operation of pipeline and appurtenant facilities for the import and export of natural gas at the International Boundary between the United States and Mexico in Webb County, Texas, and for a Presidential Permit for such facilities. EGL proposes to construct two parallel 12-inch pipelines, each approximately 1435 feet in length (683 feet of which will be in the U.S.), which would connect to EGL’s Big Reef Gathering System, all as more fully set forth in the application which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.
