installation instructions and guidelines
for RF safety exposure requirements that
will be included with the transmitter.

lower 25 megahertz of this frequency

(d) All applicants and licensees shall
cooperate in the selection and use of
frequencies in the 3650–3700 MHz band
in order to minimize the potential for
interference and make the most effective
use of the authorized facilities. A
database identifying the locations of
registered stations will be available at
https://wireless.fcc.gov/uls. Licensees
should examine this database before
seeking station authorization, and make
every effort to ensure that their fixed
and base stations operate at a location,
and with technical parameters, that will
minimize the potential to cause and
receive interference. Licensees of
stations suffering or causing harmful
interference are expected to cooperate
and resolve this problem by mutually
satisfactory arrangements.

The 2007 TAC of Pacific ocean perch
in the Western Regulatory Area of the
GOA is 4,244 metric tons (mt) as
established by the 2007 and 2008
harvest specifications for groundfish of
the GOA (72 FR 9676, March 5, 2007).
In accordance with § 679.20(d)(1)(i),
the Administrator, Alaska Region,
NMFS (Regional Administrator), has
determined that the 2007 TAC of Pacific
ocean perch in the Western Regulatory
Area of the GOA will soon be reached.
Therefore, the Regional Administrator is
establishing a directed fishing
allowance of 4,194 mt, and is setting
aside the remaining 50 mt as bycatch to
support other anticipated groundfish
fisheries. In accordance with
§ 679.20(d)(1)(iii), the Regional
Administrator finds that this directed
fishing allowance has been reached.
Consequently, NMFS is prohibiting
directed fishing for Pacific ocean perch
in the Western Regulatory Area of the
GOA.
After the effective date of this closure
the maximum retainable amounts at
§ 679.20(e) and (f) apply at any time
during a trip.
Classification
This action responds to the best
available information recently obtained
