centralizes and standardizes HUD’s
review and approval of non-funded,
noncompetitive requests of Public
Housing Authorities (PHAs) to remove
public housing property from their
inventories via disposition, demolition,
voluntary conversion, required
conversion, home ownership, or
eminent domain proceedings.
