Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation
(Columbia) tendered for filing as part of
its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised
Volume No. 1, Substitute Sixth Revised
Sheet No. 390, with effective date of
January 1, 2008.
Columbia states that it is submitting
this substitute revised tariff sheet to
correct a typo that was discovered in its
June 26, 2007 Compliance Filing in the
above-referenced proceeding.
Any person desiring to protest this
filing must file in accordance with Rule
211 of the Commission’s Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR
385.211). Protests to this filing will be
considered by the Commission in
determining the appropriate action to be
taken, but will not serve to make
protestants parties to the proceeding.

limitations imposed by the offsystem
capacity provider may affect service
provided by Columbia on the offsystem
capacity pursuant to the terms and
conditions of its Tariff.

accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
