In the event of a sale, the unreserved mineral interests will be conveyed simultaneously with the sale of the land. These unreserved mineral interests have been determined to have no known mineral value pursuant to 43 CFR 2720.2(a). Acceptance of the sale offer will constitute an application for conveyance of those unreserved mineral interests. The purchaser will be required to pay a $50.00 non-refundable filing fee for conveyance of the available mineral interests. The purchaser will have 30 days from date of receiving the sale offer to accept the offer and to submit a deposit of 20 percent of the purchase price, the $50.00 filing fee for conveyance of mineral interests, and for payment of publication costs. L. 109–93, 119 Stat. 2104), the Secretary of the Interior has been authorized to acquire certain lands by exchange, and is authorized, upon completion of said exchange, to revise the boundaries of Rocky Mountain National Park accordingly. Upon completion of this exchange, the boundaries of Rocky Mountain National Park will be revised to include the parcel now adjacent to the Park boundary. A perpetual easement shall be reserved over the Federal land for the purposes of protecting, preserving, and enhancing the conservation values of the Federal land. Land acquired in this exchange shall be managed as part of the Park in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable thereto.
