Recreation fee proposals from the Forest Service continue to be on the agenda. Topics for the November 28 meeting will be determined at the September 5 meeting. All meetings are open to the public. The public may present written comments to the Council. Each formal Council meeting will also have time allocated for hearing public comments. Depending on the number of persons wishing to comment and time available, the time for individual oral comments may be limited. A new concession contract cannot be awarded in time to avoid the interruption of visitor services during the 2007–2009 operation seasons.
