ACTION: Notice of intent of waiver with respect to land. AGENCY: SUMMARY: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is considering a proposal to change a portion of the airport from aeronautical use to nonaeronautical use and to authorize the lease of the airport property. The 97.10acre parcel is located in the northeast quadrant of the airport. Currently, the land is not being used for aeronautical purposes. The land was acquired under FAA FAAP Project Nos. 9–12–023–C309 and FAAP 9–12–023–C510.
