Take notice that on June 26, 2007, Monroe Gas Storage Company, LLC (Monroe Gas), 707 17th Street, Suite 3020, Denver, CO 80202, filed an application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity, pursuant to Section 7 of the Natural Gas Act (NGA) and Part 157 of the Commission’s Rules and Regulations, authorizing Monroe Gas to construct, own, and operate the Monroe Gas Storage Project located in Monroe County, Mississippi (Project). Monroe Gas also seeks approval of its Pro-Forma Gas Tariff and requests authorization to charge market-based rates for the proposed storage services. National states that Article II, Sections 1 and 2 of the settlement provide that National will recalculate the maximum Interruptible Gathering (‘‘IG’’) rate semiannually and monthly.     Take notice that on June 29, 2007, National Fuel Gas Supply 
Corporation (National) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas 
Tariff, Fourth Revised Volume No. 1, 103rd Revised Sheet No. 9, to 
become effective June 1, 2007.
    National states that Article II, Sections 1 and 2 of the settlement 
provide that National will recalculate the maximum Interruptible 
Gathering (``IG'') rate semi-annually and monthly. Further, Section
