Take notice that on June 29, 2007, Sea
Robin Pipeline Company, LLC, (Sea
Robin) tendered for filing as part of its
FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised
Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets listed in
Appendix A to the filing, to become
effective August 1, 2007.
Sea Robin states that the primary
reason for the filing of the revised tariff
sheets is to adjust Sea Robin’s rates for
gathering and transmission
transportation services for a general rate
increase. Projected transportation
revenues, excluding surcharges, are
$22.0 million based on the 12-month
period ending February 28, 2007, as
adjusted, resulting in a $13.5 million
increase when compared with actual
revenues.
