Abstract: Claimants who wish to receive educational assistance administered by VA to supplement tuition assistance administered by the Department of Defense must apply to VA. VA will use the data collected to determine the claimant’s eligibility to receive educational assistance to supplement the tuition assistance he or she has received and the amount payable. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.
