Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the United States
Environmental Protection Agency has entered into a settlement for
reimbursement of past response concerning the Climan Transportation of
the Carolinas, Inc. Truck Wreck located in Livingston, Rockcastle
County, Kentucky.
