PO 00000 37071 SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION Reopening of Economic Injury Disaster Loan Declarations for the Gulf Coast Hurricane Disasters of 2005 As a result of Public Law 110–28, enacted on May 25, 2007, the Small Business Administration (SBA) is reopening the filing period for Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) to pre-existing small businesses located in a parish or county which the President declared a major disaster area because of the hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico in calendar year 2005. The following counties in Alabama were declared a major disaster area as a result of Hurricane Dennis: Baldwin, Escambia, Mobile.
