SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is
hereby given that, pursuant to the U.S.
Troop Readiness, Veterans’ Care,
Katrina Recovery, and Iraq
Accountability Appropriations Act,
2007, Public Law 110–28, FEMA is
amending the cost-sharing arrangements
concerning Federal funds provided
under the authority of the Robert T.
Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency
Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5170b, 5172,
5173 and 5174, for a major disaster
declared on September 24, 2005 for the
State of Louisiana due to damage
resulting from Hurricane Rita. The
Louisiana major disaster declaration is
amended as follows:
