Northern Natural Gas Company
(Northern) tendered for filing a petition
for a limited waiver of its FERC Gas
Tariff in order to allow Greater
Minnesota Gas Inc. (GMG) to extend
firm transportation entitlement on a
currently effective Firm Throughput
Service Agreement despite
inadvertently failing to meet the thirty
day deadline to execute the Agreement
after it was tendered by Northern.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
