And Hebei Wuxin Metals & Minerals Trading Co., Ltd. v. United States (July 20, 2005) (‘‘Second Remand Redetermination’’) made by the Department of Commerce (‘‘the Department’’) pursuant to the CIT’s second remand of the final determination of the less–than-fair– value investigation of lawn and garden steel fence posts from the People’s Republic of China (‘‘PRC’’).
