United States (July 20, 2005) (‘‘Second Remand Redetermination’’) made by the Department of Commerce (‘‘the Department’’) pursuant to the CIT’s second remand of the final determination of the less–than-fair– value investigation of lawn and garden steel fence posts from the People’s Republic of China (‘‘PRC’’).
