Take notice that on June 1, 2007, ANR
Pipeline Company (ANR) tendered for
filing and approval a negotiated rate
agreement between ANR and Wisconsin
Power & Light Company. The service
agreement is being filed as a negotiated
rate because the parties have agreed to
fixed rates for the term of the contract.
ANR requests that the Commission
accept and approve the subject filing to
be effective June 1, 2007.
Any person desiring to intervene or to

accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
