Take notice that on June 1, 2007, Texas Gas Transmission, LLC, (Texas Gas) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets, to become effective June 1, 2007: First Revised Sheet No. 54 Original Sheet No. 54A Texas Gas states that the purpose of this filing is to submit to the Commission tariff sheets detailing a Negotiated Rate Agreement between Texas Gas and Entergy Louisiana, LLC dated May 9, 2007, to be effective June 1, 2007, through October 31, 2007, under a Summer No-Notice Transportation (SNS) service agreement.
