appealable decision approving the
surface and subsurface estates in certain
lands for conveyance pursuant to the
Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act
and the Alaska National Interest Lands
Conservation Act, will be issued to
Bering Straits Native Corporation. The
lands are in the vicinity of Council,

This notice of invitation will be
published in The News-Record of
Gillette, WY, once each week for two
consecutive weeks beginning the week
of June 13, 2007, and in the Federal
Register.
