DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR Fish and Wildlife Service 5-Year Review Section 4(c)(2)(A) of the Act requires that we conduct a status review of listed species at least once every 5 years. We are then, under section 4(c)(2)(B), to determine whether any species should be removed from the List (delisted), or reclassified from endangered to threatened, or threatened to endangered. We initiated a 5-year review for the Utah valvata snail on April 11, 2006 (71 FR 18345). We are currently in the process of completing our 5-year review and will incorporate that review into our 12-month finding.
