North American Electric Reliability
Corporation submitted filing in
compliance with Order No. 693 issued
May 16, 2007.
Any person desiring to intervene or to

Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).

appropriate action to be taken, but will

Reliability Assessment report for the
time period of June 2007 through
September 2007.
Section 39.11 of the Commission’s
regulations provides that the Electric
Reliability Organization (ERO) shall
conduct assessments of, among other
things, the adequacy of the Bulk-Power
System in North America and report its
findings to the Commission, the
Secretary of Energy, each Regional
Entity, and each Regional Advisory
Body annually or more frequently if so
ordered by the Commission.
