Bonneville Power Administration
(Bonneville) filed a formal complaint
against Puget Sound Energy, Inc.,
Hermiston Power Partnership, Chehalis
Power Generating, L.P., PPM Energy,
Inc., and TransAlta Centralia
Generation, L.L.C. (Respondents)
pursuant to section 206 of the Federal
Power Act and Rule 206 of the Rules of
Practice and Procedure of the Federal
Energy Regulatory Commission, 18 CFR
385.206 (2006), requesting that the
Commission issue an order reducing to
zero the rates Respondents may charge
Bonneville for Reactive Power Service,
effective October 1, 2007.
Bonneville certified that copies of the
complaint were served on the contacts
for Respondents as listed on the
Commission’s list of Corporate Officials.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
