May 25, 2007.
    On April 6, 2007, as supplemented on May 4, 2007, the Commission 
issued notices scheduling staff technical conferences in the above-
captioned proceeding. As stated in the April 6 notice, these technical 
conferences will review and discuss the ``strawman'' proposals
