Estimation of the total numbers of hours needed to prepare the information collection including number of respondents, frequency of response, and hours of response: The estimated number of burden hours is 211,650. The estimated number of respondents is 14,188, estimated number of responses is 177,303, the frequency of response varies, and the estimated burden hours per response is 4 for form HUD–9614, however varies for the other required documents.
