Take notice that on April 27, 2007, CenterPoint Energy—Mississippi River Transmission Corporation (MRT) tendered for filing an amended negotiated rate agreement for Rate Schedule PALS service between MRT and Laclede Energy Resources, Inc. MRT requests that the Commission accept and approve the transaction to be effective May 1, 2007. Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). Citadel Energy Investments Ltd. (CEI), filed a request for authorization to engage in the resale of financiallysettled financial transmission rights with an accompanying rate schedule. CEI also requested waivers of various Commission regulations.
