    Take notice that on October 13, 2006, EnviroDyne Inc., 10400

Energy Regulatory Commission a notice of self-certification of a 
facility as a qualifying cogeneration facility pursuant to 18 CFR 
292.207(a) of the Commission's regulations.
    This cogeneration facility will be located at 3349 S. 1800 E.,
