KY. This action corrects an error in the legal description for the 
Class E5 airspace at Middlesboro, KY.

Background

    Federal Register Document 07-2248, Docket No. FAA-2007-27262; 07-
ASO-1, published on May 8, 2007, (72 FR 25963), amended Class E5 
airspace at Middlesboro, KY. An error was discovered in the legal 
description describing the Class E5 airspace area. The word Airport was 
omitted from the legal description. This action corrects that error. 
Class E airspace designations for airspace areas extending upward from 
700 feet or more above the surface of the earth are published in 
Paragraph 6005 of FAA Order 7400.9P, Airspace Designations and 
Reporting Points, dated September 1, 2006, and effective September 15, 
2006, which is incorporated by reference in 14 CFR 71.1. The Class E 
airspace designation listed in this document will be published 
subsequently in the Order.

Need for Correction

    As published, the final rule contains an error in the legal 
description of the Class E5 airspace area. Accordingly, pursuant to the 
authority delegated to me, the legal description for the Class E5 
airspace area at Middlesboro, KY, incorporated by reference at Sec.  
71.1, 14 CFR 71.1, and published in the Federal Register on May 8, 
2007, at (72 FR 27262), is corrected by making the following correcting 
amendment.
