    Take notice that on April 27, 2007, CenterPoint Energy--Mississippi 
River Transmission Corporation (MRT) tendered for filing an amended 
negotiated rate agreement for Rate Schedule PALS service between MRT 
and CenterPoint Energy Services, Inc. MRT requests that the Commission 
accept and approve the transaction to be effective May 1, 2007.
