AGENCY: ACTION: DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE Notice of ‘‘Open Meeting.’’ SUMMARY: The National Defense University (NDU), Designated Federal Officer, has scheduled a meeting of the Board of Visitors. Request subject notice be published in the Federal Register. The National Defense University Board of Visitors is a Federal Advisory Board. The Board meets twice a year in proceedings that are open to the public. The meeting will be held on May 21–22, 2007 from 1100 to 1700 on the 21st and continuing on the 22nd from 0830 to 1330. Location: The Board of Visitors meeting will be held at Building 62, Marshall Hall, Room 155, National Defense University, 300 5th Avenue, Fort McNair, Washington, DC 20319– 5066. DATES: SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972 (5 U.S.C., Appendix, as amended), the Sunshine in the Government Act of 1976 (5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended) and 41 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) §§ 102–3.140 through 160, the Department of Defense announces the forthcoming sub committee meeting. Subcommittees of the Commission will conduct preparatory work meetings in the Chicago area to gather information, conduct research and analyze issues and facts in preparation for a meeting of the Commission. Pursuant to section 102–3.160(a) of 41 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), these subcommittee meetings are not open to the public, and the subcommittees are required to report their findings to the Commission for further deliberation. Locations include the DoD/VA combined Health Center at Naval Training Center Great Lakes.     Take notice that on April 27, 2007, CenterPoint Energy--Mississippi 
River Transmission Corporation (MRT) tendered for filing a negotiated 
rate agreement for Rate Schedule ITS service from ConocoPhillips 
Company to WRB Refining, LLC., effective May 1, 2007.
    Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must 
file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of 
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). Protests will be
